Do you have distributors or offer retail products?
Our products are available exclusively through the professional design trade and to all government, educational, and corporate facility managers. We do not sell to the public.
Do you stock inventory?
We do not stock inventory. Orders are cast according to each client’s needs and preferences, including integral pigment choice, drainage hole size, quantity, and style.
What is your lead time?
Our average lead time is 6-8weeks, however there are many variables that influence timing including the style and quantity of an order, as well as our production schedule at the time the order is placed. Therefore it is best to contact us directly with questions regarding lead times.
We will always do our best to accommodate the needs of our clients and their project timelines.
Is custom design and/or fabrication available?
Yes, please contact us to discuss your project.
Is it possible to color match or create custom integral concrete colors?
Additional color mixing is available. Other colors are available for an additional up charge that will be determined at the time of quoting.
Can your planters and receptacles be used as water features or fire pits?
Our planters have been used as water features and fire pits, however these were alterations made by other companies and fabricators. These uses are not our specialty and we make no guarantees. We have acquired some knowledge on the subject from customers who are water element and fire pit specialists, and we are happy to share these tidbits with you.
Are interior sealers available?
Yes, Bituminous interior sealers are available upon request.
Are anti-graffiti sealers available?
Yes, anti-graffiti sealers are available upon request, however we do not recommend the use of them in most cases. Over time, water is trapped between the sealer and the surface of the planter, causing a blotchy appearance.
Choosing the applicable exterior sealer can be a complex subject. It is best to call and discuss your options with us.
